Linda & Triptych at our house
Description
The client had seen my other paintings of ospreys, plam trees, gopher tortoises, and seagrape trees and wanted all these elements included in a large painting. We came upon the idea of a triptych with narrow framing and no mats to carry the idea of one large painting. The challenge was to create three separate paintings to show as one, with each having its own unique composition which would integrate into one large image when viewed from across the room. Working closely with the client helped me achieve the stunning results of a huge watercolor piece.
